1 This consent applies to the processing of personal data by the company GRUPA WECON with headquarters in Glowno City to carry out the orders placed or the services ordered. The sales system informs via e-mail or SMS channels about the current state of orders, their implementation stages and information about payments. Contact details will be registered with the carrier responsible for delivering the parcel. The data given in the order form will never be resold or transferred to third parties for purposes other than processing orders on the LUXURY ONLINE platform. Each customer has the right to remove them from our database.

INFORMATION ABOUT RETURN OF THE GOODS
Useful Hint
If You have the active LUXURY ONLINE account, the return form can be registered in the section MY LUXURY using the option MY ORDERS and then after scrolling down to a chosen position click the button RETURN ITEMS.
If you would like to return a product, you have 14 days after receiving the shipment . You do not have to specify a reason. Just fill in the return form available on our website and send us the package. The term of the payment return can range from 5 to 14 days, in accordance with applicable regulations. If you paid for your order with cash on delivery and you provide us with your bank account number, your refund will be on your account number.
DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME
Delivery costs depend on the choice of payment option and the method of the shipment delivery. At the stage of registration of the order, the customer has the option to choose postal services among: Poczta Polska S.A., UPS courier or delivery to one of the parckage machines operated by InPost. For individuals who are particularly interested in free shipping, we provide the option of a standard, registered postage. The delivery time depends on the choice of delivery option and is from 3 to 10 working days in the country. Foreign supplies depend on the individual capabilities of the above mentioned carriers. Their rules are available on the website.
COMPLAINTS
You are granted the rights in terms of defects of non-compliance with the agreement for all products purchased in the store, WINTHIN A PERIOD OF 2 YEARS from the date of purchase in accordance with the act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. If your product has a defect, you can file a complaint using our form under Exchanges and Returns.
